What the documented booth is made of

The VPB-SD98's recorded construction: a 300 mm galvanised basement under a full-grill floor; wall panels of 50 mm rockwool sandwich panel with 0.426 mm steel sheet; a ceiling panel of 0.8 mm galvanised steel; door glass of 5 mm tempered glass; a front door of 3,000 × 2,600 mm and a service door of 800 × 2,000 mm; and two ramps of 2,000 × 750 mm. The cabin measures 7,000 × 5,350 × 3,400 mm outside and 6,900 × 3,900 × 2,650 mm inside. Those figures are the model's published record (car paint booth).

The documented model's power, air and heating

The documented model's total power is 17 kW. Its air movement is recorded as one 7.5 kW turbo fan (DDF-630B) on intake and one on exhaust, each at 30,000 m³/h. Its heating is a SUS 304 heat exchanger of 200 kW with a Riello G20 diesel burner — a gas burner is listed as optional — reaching a maximum of 80 °C. Its filtration is recorded by name: a G3 pre-filter, a 600G EU5/F5 ceiling filter, a floor fibreglass filter, and an exhaust fibreglass and carbon filter.
