Fifteen frame machines, one pulling philosophy
The VICO frame machine range — the VF series — covers the straightening formats: benches, full-lift electric platforms, tilt-lift benches in complete-plate and tube form, in-ground, anchor and portable pullers, and a 12-metre heavy-truck machine. Fifteen models are listed. The VF6000 bench is described in detail below and the VF9000 truck machine carries a complete published data sheet; the remaining models — the benches, the full-lift platforms and the pullers — are listed by name above, with each model's specification confirmed on quotation.

Drive on, lift, pull — the VF6000 working pattern
The VF6000 is a frame-style straightening bench built from cold-drawn high-alloy rectangular tube. Its scissor lift raises the car through a working height of 120–1,700 mm, and the car drives straight onto the bench — no ramps to position. Once the car is clamped in the universal fixtures, the hydraulic pulling tower travels a full 360° around the bench on its ring rail. Power comes from an electric pump with a hand-held remote control.
That combination — drive-on loading, a scissor lift working height of 120–1,700 mm and a tower that circles the car — is the VF6000's documented configuration. The remaining models are listed by name in the range — the tilt-lift benches, the full-lift platforms and the pullers (in-ground, anchor and portable) among them — and each model's configuration is confirmed on quotation. CE-certified models are available within the frame machine range — certificates are available upon request, confirmed against the exact model on your quotation.
The formats, listed
- Drive-on scissor bench — the VF6000: drive-on loading without ramps, a scissor lift working height of 120–1,700 mm, and a pulling tower on a 360° ring rail, as recorded for this model.
- Full-lift platforms — the VF5300, VF5400 and VF5500 listed above by name; their specifications are confirmed on quotation.
- Tilt-lift benches and pullers — the VF4400 tilt-lift bench and the VF1100 and VF3100 pullers listed above by name; format dimensions and footprint are confirmed on quotation against your bay.
- Trucks and commercial vehicles — the VF9000 12 m heavy-truck frame machine, rated to a 20-tonne lift with 245 kN of post tension.
Benches are supplied from one set with an average lead time of around 15 days before dispatch across the range. In your enquiry, note the longest and heaviest vehicles you straighten and whether you already run a measuring system — each model's specification is confirmed on quotation, and the blog guide frame machine vs frame bench sets out the terminology.
What is the difference between a frame machine and a frame bench?
The VF series lists its models by name — the benches, the full-lift platforms, the three puller formats and the heavy machine. The buying guide on our blog sets out the formats as listed.
Can the pulling tower really reach any angle?
On the VF6000 the tower travels a full 360° around the bench on its ring rail, as recorded in the model's description.
Do you supply measuring systems with the benches?
Tell us what you run or plan to run. Bench and puller specifications are confirmed on quotation.
