The formats, listed
Two-post — the clear-floor format
The documented model's design is recorded as clear-floor. The documented VICO model lifts 4,000 kg to 1,850 mm — see the two-post car lift page for the full data sheet. Its recorded features are double hydraulic cylinders, a 4×4 chain with wire-rope balance, one-side manual release, rubber door-protection pads, a limit switch and two- or three-stage arms.
Four-post — listed by name
The four-post model is listed by name in the range, with its specification confirmed on quotation. Read more on the four-post car lift page.
Scissor — the scissor listings
The scissor listings sit alongside the two post listings. The range includes on-ground and in-ground maintenance models, mid-rise units and a dedicated alignment version. Machines across the range are tested prior to delivery, as the company's published service record states.
Terms for lift orders
Lifts are supplied from one set, with an average lead time of around 15 days before dispatch across the VICO range. CE-certified models are available within the lift range — certificates are available upon request, and the documentation for the exact model you order is confirmed with your quotation. When you enquire, give the ceiling height of your workshop, the heaviest vehicle you lift, and your site voltage: the documented two-post model runs on a 2.2 kW motor in 380 V or 220 V form, and the version is confirmed against your site voltage on quotation.
Which lift is best for a body shop?
It depends on the work mix. The documented model in this range is the clear-floor two-post, published with a full data sheet; the other formats are listed by form on their own pages, each specified on quotation against the work mix you send.
Are the lifts CE certified?
CE-certified models are available in the lift range. Certificates are available upon request — the certification position for the exact model is confirmed on your quotation.
What power supply do the lifts need?
The documented two-post model is offered with a 2.2 kW motor in 380 V or 220 V versions. State your site voltage when you enquire so the correct version is quoted.
