The VICO paint booth range covers the standard diesel painting booth and the electric painting booth, a bus booth and industrial painting lines — the categories the range is recorded under. VPB-SD98 European — complete data sheet
The VPB-SD98 is a full-grill downdraft booth built around a 300 mm galvanised basement, 50 mm rockwool sandwich wall panels and a Riello G20 diesel burner with a stainless heat exchanger. Two 7.5 kW turbo fans move 30,000 m³/h on both intake and exhaust, and its filtration is recorded by name: a G3 pre-filter, a ceiling filter of 600G EU5/F5 class, a floor fibreglass filter, and an exhaust fibreglass and carbon filter.

What to confirm on a booth enquiry
When you enquire, tell us the internal dimensions you need, whether your local rules require diesel, gas or electric heating, and the voltage and frequency at your site — the SD98 ships as a 17 kW installation; its published specification lists 7.5 kW turbo fans at inlet and exhaust and a Riello G20 diesel burner, with a gas burner listed as optional. Booths are supplied from one set, tested before delivery and packed for sea freight; the average lead time across the VICO range is around 15 days before dispatch. Is the VPB-SD98 a downdraft booth?
Downdraft. In the published configuration, air enters through the ceiling filter and is drawn down through the full-grill floor into the 300 mm basement.
Can the burner be gas instead of diesel?
Yes, a gas burner is listed as an option for this model. State your local fuel and emissions requirements in the enquiry; the burner for the model is confirmed on its quotation.
What is the minimum order?
One set. Every model in the range is specified and quoted on its own specification.
