Tire Changers — the VTC Series
Four changers and two balancers for the tire bay. The YK860 is published in full: outside clamping of 9″–22″ and inside clamping of 12″–24″, a 2,500 kg bead breaker and a three-point assist arm.

The VICO tire range lists four changers and two balancers. The VTC-YK860 changer is published with a complete data sheet below; the YK850, YK850A and YK850B changers and the VTB-YK520 and VTB-YK510 balancers are listed for enquiry, with specifications confirmed on quotation.

VTC-YK860 — complete data sheet
The YK860 is recorded with outside clamping from 9″ to 22″ and inside clamping from 12″ to 24″, wheels up to 1,040 mm in diameter and rim widths from under 3″ to 15″. Bead breaking force is 2,500 kg, and a three-point bead-pressing assist arm is fitted as part of the recorded specification. Working noise is recorded at under 70 dB, and working pressure at 8–10 bar. Its motor is recorded as 220 V / 380 V at 50 Hz / 60 Hz. The other changers — the YK850, YK850A and YK850B — are listed by name in the cards above.

Changer and balancer
The two VTB wheel balancer models, the VTB-YK520 and the VTB-YK510, are listed by name in the range; neither balancer's data sheet is published on this site, and each balancer's specification is confirmed on quotation. Changers and balancers are supplied from one set each, with lead time confirmed on quotation (range average around 15 days before dispatch). When you enquire, give the largest wheel sizes you handle and the fitment types you handle — each changer specification is confirmed on quotation against them.
The recorded figures
The YK860's data sheet records a machine weight of 340 kg, a working noise level under 70 dB, a rim width span from under 3″ to 15″, and the clamping spans in the data sheet above — 9″–22″ outside clamping and 12″–24″ inside clamping. Those are the published figures for this model; the other changers in the range are specified on quotation.
What bead-breaking equipment does the YK860 carry?
The recorded specification includes a three-point bead-pressing assist arm and a 2,500 kg bead breaker. Suitability for a particular stiff fitment is confirmed on quotation.
What air supply does the changer need?
The documented changer, the VTC-YK860, is recorded with a working pressure of 8–10 bar; the air supply for each of the other changers is confirmed on quotation.
Can a balancer be ordered with a tire changer?
