In the VICO booth range, the model published with a complete data sheet is the European-spec VPB-SD98, and its airflow is recorded in a single line of that data sheet: downdraft with full grills basement, with a 300 mm galvanised basement. The fans recorded for the model are one 7.5 kW turbo fan (DDF-630B) on intake and one 7.5 kW turbo fan on exhaust, each moving 30,000 m³/h. The record gives the configuration in those terms; it does not set out an airflow path beyond them.
The other five SD-series models are listed by name in the range; ask in the enquiry about the airflow arrangement of the model you are comparing. The model's heating is recorded alongside its airflow: a SUS 304 heat exchanger of 200 kW with a Riello G20 diesel burner, reaching a maximum temperature of 80 °C.
Basement, panels and filtration
The downdraft path sits inside a recorded construction. The basement is recorded as a galvanised basement at 300 mm. The wall panels are 50 mm rockwool sandwich panels with a 0.426 mm steel sheet; the ceiling panel is 0.8 mm galvanised steel and the door glass is 5 mm tempered glass. The cabin measures 6,900 × 3,900 × 2,650 mm inside and 7,000 × 5,350 × 3,400 mm outside, with a front door of 3,000 × 2,600 mm, a service door of 800 × 2,000 mm and two ramps of 2,000 × 750 mm. Total power for the model is recorded at 17 kW.
The filtration train is recorded by name: a G3 pre-filter, a ceiling filter of 600G EU5/F5 class, a floor fibreglass filter, and an exhaust fibreglass and carbon filter. Lighting is recorded unit by unit — ceiling 8 units of 4 × 16.5 W LED and side 8 units of 2 × 16.5 W LED, at 1,200 LUX.
